Thank you to everyone who sent in sketches this week. Nadja and I did a lot of “aww”ing and “ooo”ing. Here are the ten runner-ups with my notes followed by the whole shebang of images we got in. I’ll post the winner in an hour or two. As always, I’m very interested to hear which ones you liked and why…let us know in the comments. 

Last week I made the top 10 on Blown Covers! I’m very happy about it. :D The topic was “Love in the city” and I drew “love pigeons” over looking the city (no 7). I got points for compositions. There were a lot of nice ones. My favorites (other than mine) :

#17. That artist’s got an awesome style and great talent. Looks like pencil drawing colored digitally. I must learn to do this.

#31. Definitely grabbed my attention. A little disturbing and funny at the same time.
